Family Time

This past week my sister Yvette and her husband Matt were back from Utah visiting family and friends.  It was an opportunity for our family to get together and hang out.  The rest of us (Mom & Dad) (Dan & Anita and Abigale & Amelia) (Mike and I) all live about an hour apart, and even though we are not that far apart it sometimes takes an "event" for us to get together.  Stay Tuned, and I will post next week how I "scrapped" this fun event of our mini family reunion.

Just thought I would share how to fall asleep at convention.  Maybe if we DREAM hard enough the CTMH fairies will give us all the gold coins we need to order EVERYTHING I would like from the catalog!!

It's Here the Autumn Winter Idea Book

Oh MY!! Is about all I can say.  Close To My Heart has done it again being a leader and innovator in this industry.  Today was the Idea Book reveal and I LOVE the new products.  This Idea Book is going to knock your socks off.

In this time of rising prices, it's so good to say that Close To My Heart has lowered it's stamp prices - YAY!!!  Here's the breakdown of prices now for those of you that are familiar with the sets.

Mickey is Everywhere!!

You know you are in the most magical place on earth when you start seeing Mickey everywhere.  Our hotel room is so COOL.  And a PERK for my downline getting here a little early is we are in the Fantasy Tower which has been remodeled and really close to the convention area.

Yesterday we listened to Mary Flynn from the Disney Institute, learned just a couple of sneak peak things, and TODAY is the big day we receive the new Autumn/Winter Idea book.  They have "dangled" the carrot and told us just a couple of facts about the catalog, and I can not wait to get my hands on it.

California Bound for Close To My Heart Convention

Last night much to my surprise when I was checking in online for my flight to California and my Close To My Heart Convention, I found myself choosing seats in FIRST CLASS!!  What?  Ok, so having a flight cancelled,  and the airline rebooking me on a different airline does have it perks.

So becoming a Close To My Heart consultant 13 years ago, I would have never imagined all the "Perks" I have received.  Most importantly some life long friends.  You may think it's the great product, discounts,  (ok, that is a perk too) but truly the "heart" of this company for me is this time of year and my "Perk" of a vacation, meeting my friends from around the country and convention time.

I have arrived at the Disneyland Hotel and Convention starts tomorrow.  We will post some more tomorrow.  Stay Tuned!!
